Welcome to Twigroot Botanicals Wholesale. Thank you for your interest in partnering with us. Whether you are a retail store looking to offer quality botanical products to your customers, or a service provider incorporating our products into your treatments, we’re happy to explore working together.
Twigroot Botanicals partners with retailers and service providers who share our commitment to quality botanical skincare and thoughtful customer care.
Because our products are made in small batches, we prioritize partners who actively support product visibility, customer education, and sell-through.
Minimum Order Requirements
Initial order minimum: $800 CAD
Reorder minimum: $250 CAD
Pricing & Discounts
Retail Stores: 40% off retail prices
Service Providers: 45% off retail prices
Service provider pricing applies to professionals who use our products as part of their services and treatments. Retail store pricing applies to businesses reselling products directly to customers.
Suggested retail prices are provided for all products to help maintain consistency across retailers and protect the value of our brand.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon order placement for new accounts.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, E-transfer.
Consignment Policy
Twigroot Botanicals offers a consignment program for select wholesale partners as a flexible way to carry our skincare and body care products.
Under the consignment model, you display and sell Twigroot products in your retail location without upfront purchase. You pay only for products sold, with a 30% commission retained by your business. This option allows you to test our products with your customers before committing to wholesale purchasing.
Consignment Terms
Commission rate: 30% commission on all consignment sales
Eligible products: Approved products only
Trial period: 3-month initial trial period
Seller return option: Sellers may return unsold products after the 3-month trial period
Twigroot removal rights: Twigroot Botanicals reserves the right to remove products from consignment at any time during the initial 3-month trial period
Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale items may be returned after 1 month subject to the conditions below.
Consignment items may be returned after the 3-month trial period subject to the same return conditions.
Returned products must be unopened, unused in original packaging and in a clean, resalable condition
Additional return conditions:
- Return authorization must be requested in advance.
- A 5% repackaging fee will be applied to approved returns to cover inspection and restocking costs.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless the return is due to our error.
- Consignment returns are only accepted if items have been priced at our suggested retail price.
Shipping
Free shipping: Orders over $1000 CAD
Standard shipping rates: Orders under $1000 CAD
Estimated delivery times:
Canadian orders: 10–14 business days
US orders: Up to 3 weeks
Please note that we ship from a remote island location, so delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier schedules and destination.
White Label Option
Twigroot Botanicals may offer a limited white label option for select wholesale partners. With this option, Twigroot Botanicals makes the product and the retailer uses their own branding and label design.
White label products are available by pre-arrangement only and are subject to minimum order quantities, packaging requirements, production timelines, and label compliance.
Retailers are responsible for providing final label artwork and ensuring their branding, product names, and marketing claims meet all applicable cosmetic labelling and advertising requirements. Twigroot Botanicals will provide ingredient information and product details needed for compliant labelling.
White label pricing, minimums, and timelines are quoted individually based on the product, batch size, packaging, and production requirements.
Volume discounts may be available for white label products. Please contact us for details.
